Originally from the South of France, Azzedine is a passionate and innovative pastry chef with a career spanning over 27 years in the food industry.
He studied and trained in Perpignan, where he obtained a solid foundation in classical cooking. He then moved to Britain and gained noteworthy experience in some of London’s most iconic establishments, ranging from high volume trendy brasseries to Michelin starred trendsetting restaurants.
This was then followed with a move to the food manufacturing industry, working as a New Product Development professional. This involved developing and managing chilled and frozen desserts, from concept to launch, for major UK retailers.
Finally, he decided to pursue his long life and childhood dream to set up his own pastry workshop.
